Double Sphere Rubber Expansion Joint is designed to absorb vibration, reduce noise, compensate axial and lateral movement, and protect pipeline systems from stress caused by pressure, temperature changes and equipment vibration.

Compared with single sphere rubber expansion joints, the double sphere structure provides better flexibility and larger movement absorption capacity. It is widely used in water supply and drainage systems, HVAC systems, pump stations, power plants, chemical plants and general industrial pipeline systems.

Common rubber materials include EPDM, NBR, natural rubber and FKM/Viton. Flange standards can be customized according to ASME/ANSI, DIN, EN, JIS, GB and other standards.
