PTFE Lined Rubber Expansion Joint

PTFE Lined Rubber Expansion Joint is suitable for corrosive and chemical pipeline systems. It features a corrosion-resistant PTFE inner liner, flexible rubber body, vibration absorption, noise reduction and movement compensation performance.

PTFE Lined Rubber Expansion Joint is designed for pipeline systems handling corrosive, acidic, alkaline or chemical media. It combines the flexibility of a rubber expansion joint with the excellent corrosion resistance of PTFE lining, making it suitable for working conditions where standard rubber materials may not provide enough chemical resistance.

Compared with ordinary rubber expansion joints, the PTFE lined type has a smooth and corrosion-resistant inner liner that helps protect the rubber body from direct contact with aggressive fluids. It can absorb vibration, reduce noise, compensate pipeline movement and reduce mechanical stress on pumps, valves and connected equipment.

This product is widely used in chemical plants, wastewater treatment systems, acid and alkali pipelines, pharmaceutical facilities, electroplating systems and other industrial pipeline applications requiring higher chemical resistance.

Hongze Valve can customize PTFE lined rubber expansion joints according to pipe size, pressure rating, flange standard, rubber material, PTFE lining thickness, working medium and project requirements. Common flange standards include ANSI/ASME, DIN, EN, JIS, GB and other project-specific standards.
