Reducing Rubber Expansion Joint

Reducing Rubber Expansion Joint is used to connect pipelines with different diameters while providing vibration absorption, noise reduction and flexible movement compensation. It is available in concentric and eccentric types for water, HVAC, pump stations and industrial piping systems.

Reducing Rubber Expansion Joint is designed for pipeline systems where two different pipe sizes need to be connected with flexible compensation. It combines the function of a rubber expansion joint and a pipe reducer, helping to absorb vibration, reduce noise, compensate small pipeline movement and reduce stress on pumps, valves and connected equipment.

Compared with standard equal-diameter rubber expansion joints, this reducing type can connect pipelines with different diameters while maintaining good flexibility and sealing performance. It is suitable for water supply and drainage systems, pump stations, HVAC systems, industrial water pipelines, power plants and chemical pipeline systems.

Reducing Rubber Expansion Joints can be supplied in concentric or eccentric type according to the pipeline layout. Common rubber materials include EPDM for water and air, NBR for oil-resistant applications, and FKM/Viton for higher temperature or chemical working conditions.

Hongze Valve can customize reducing rubber expansion joints according to large-end size, small-end size, pressure rating, rubber material, flange standard and project requirements. Common flange standards include ANSI/ASME, DIN, EN, JIS, GB and other project-specific standards.
