Eccentric Reducing Rubber Expansion Joint is designed to connect pipelines with different diameters while keeping the pipeline bottom or top level aligned according to installation requirements. It combines the function of an eccentric reducer and a rubber expansion joint, providing flexible connection, vibration absorption, noise reduction and movement compensation in one product.
Compared with concentric reducing rubber expansion joints, the eccentric type is more suitable for horizontal pipelines, pump inlet and outlet connections, drainage systems and applications where fluid accumulation or air pocket formation should be reduced. Its offset structure helps improve pipeline layout flexibility and supports smoother flow transition between different pipe sizes.
This product is commonly used in water supply and drainage systems, pump stations, HVAC systems, industrial water pipelines, chemical plants, power plants and municipal engineering projects.
Hongze Valve can customize eccentric reducing rubber expansion joints according to large-end size, small-end size, eccentric direction, pressure rating, rubber material, flange standard and project requirements. Common rubber materials include EPDM, NBR, natural rubber and FKM/Viton. Flange standards such as ANSI/ASME, DIN, EN, JIS and GB are available.
